Her work across Western Canada has made her a master of navigating complex landscapes, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with diverse teams—all while keeping events on time and within budget.

Erin’s knack for orchestrating impactful, seamless events lies in her attention to every detail and her commitment to creating spaces where guests feel inspired and connected.

Known for bringing people together through transformative, inclusive events, Parker has expertly managed everything from cultural festivals to equity-focused gatherings. As former Executive Director of Beakerhead & Calgary Pride, Parker drove record growth, expanding attendance from 60,000 to over 100,000 participants and building partnerships with 100+ community organizations. Skilled in leveraging technology, Parker ensures that each event runs seamlessly, using digital tools to streamline logistics, engage stakeholders, and drive efficiency at every stage.

Lindsay specializes in orchestrating large-scale, community-focused events with a keen eye for detail and a talent for thriving under pressure. Known for her ability to bring together diverse teams and foster seamless collaboration, she has earned a reputation for managing complex, high-profile events with precision and ease. Whether navigating logistics, coordinating stakeholders, or ensuring flawless execution, Lindsay’s dedication to creating impactful experiences shines through every project she leads.

Known for his adaptability and problem-solving skills, Michael thrives in dynamic environments, ensuring every event leaves a lasting, positive impact on attendees and clients alike.

Graphic Design & Visual Communications (She/Her)

Meet Sarah, a seasoned graphic designer and art director with 20 years of experience crafting impactful visual brands. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Sarah has built an impressive career working independently with a wide range of businesses, nonprofits, and marketing agencies. Her work spans logo design, brand identities, marketing and event collateral, and digital and print design, all tailored to resonate with each client’s unique brand and goals.

Known for her collaborative approach, Sarah believes the most dynamic designs come from an open exchange of ideas and perspectives. Her passion lies in creating, building, and elevating visual brands for ambitious folks who are eager to explore their brand identity in depth.
